The Hilltoppers is at ministry of St. Andrews in the Valley Church.  We offer adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, along with their parents/caregivers an opportunity to worship and socialize together in a welcoming environment.  We meet the first and the third Thursdays of each month in the Valley House.
